As customs clearance and payment of duties can be complex to manage, we have limited shipping of some items to Switzerland.
However you can choose a different address near the border in France/Germany or use a service like grenzpaket.ch, colisexpat.com etc. Please ask the forwarding service to add an insurance on your parcel because our insurance ends here.
IMPORTANT: The invoice address MUST be your home address. Any modification after placing the order is impossible. Please pay your order by Stipe or bank wire. Any additional fees for Paypal payments will be incoiced separetely after the order.
Any return of items (warranty or repair) sent to Swiss customers have to be shipped from an address in France or Germany. METALCLAY-SHOP.COM does not pay any customs or related fees.
